CHENGDOO citylife Magazine is a homegrown, independent magazine created by a small group of foreigners and locals working together to provide an English-language platform for the Chengdu community. The magazine is produced entirely in Chengdu by natives and long-term residents of the city. We provide a space to support the arts and music scene as well as community and corporate events. Additionally, in conjunction with www.chengdoo.com, we are simply a means of old-fashioned networking through profiles of Chengdu's people to know and places to go as well as our constantly updated events and classifieds listings (free for individuals). SMZB - China Tour

About SMZB

Founded in 1996 SMZB was the first punk band in WuHan, at that time the band had 3 members at first, they had been playing in some underground places for a long time.
The band kept touring in China in those years, went on a Southeast Asia Tour in 2004 and two extensive European tours in 2005 and 2007. The band changed their guitar player and bass player, and added a flute&tin whistle player at the beginning of 2006, by now the band has 5 members...
Their music style has changed a lot as well as their members changed. After all these changes, now they have their own certain style. Currently they are touring China, it's not the first time for SMZB to perform in Chengdu and won't be their last.
