The Law of the People's Republic of China on Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes is valid since 1st May 2008. It relates to all enterprise closely. Mr. Wang Jian will introduce the main contents of this law to AmCham members, and provide the suggestions about prevention of disputed occurrence.
