CHENGDOO citylife Magazine is a homegrown, independent magazine created by a small group of foreigners and locals working together to provide an English-language platform for the Chengdu community. The magazine is produced entirely in Chengdu by natives and long-term residents of the city. We provide a space to support the arts and music scene as well as community and corporate events. Additionally, in conjunction with www.chengdoo.com, we are simply a means of old-fashioned networking through profiles of Chengdu's people to know and places to go as well as our constantly updated events and classifieds listings (free for individuals). SUBMIT>>> CHENGDOO seeks contributors to both the print and online versions on an ongoing basis. As a grassroots organization we welcome those with enthusiasm to help build this exciting project, particularly those with know-how in the following areas: -reporting -writing -editing -photography -illustration -graphic design -layout -web design -distribution Interested parties, please get in touch at chengdoo [at] gmail.com If you do not have a particular skill but still would like to participate, we welcome street-team members to help get the magazine into our readers' hands every month as well as spread the word about what the magazine is.
